The
Pause
Retreat
Bali. February 24 to 27. This is your time to pause.

This is for the woman in perimenopause, menopause or beyond who is ready to put herself back on the list.

The woman who has spent years looking after everyone else.
The woman who might not quite feel like herself anymore.

The woman who wants honest conversations, genuine connection and to be around other women who simply get it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be ready to do something for you.
Imagine landing in Bali and someone hands you a drink before you've even put your bag down.
Imagine three nights where nobody needs you for anything. No school pickup, no "mum where's my..." No juggling everyone else's needs before your own.
Imagine an ocean view room, a 60 minute spa that's actually uninterrupted, sound healing that quiets the noise in your head for the first time in months.
Imagine sitting with women who get it. Who don't need you to explain the hot flush, the rage, the 3am wake up, the "who even am I anymore" feeling. Because they're living it too.

This isn't a holiday. It's a reset. And it's the bridge to feeling like you again.

Why I'm The One Running This
I created this because I know what it feels like to reach this stage of life and wonder, “Where did I go?”

Menopause can change so much — your body, your hair, your confidence, your energy, even how you see yourself.
And yet we’re often expected to just get on with it.

I wanted to create something different. A space where women can come together, talk openly, laugh, learn, reconnect with themselves and actually celebrate this chapter instead of dreading it.

This is about reminding women that there is still so much ahead of us.
Why you should be there
Because sometimes you don’t need another podcast, another Google search or someone telling you to “just get on with it.”
You need to be in the room.

Around women who understand.

Having conversations we should have been having years ago.

Learning, laughing, connecting and remembering that menopause isn’t the end of who you were.
It can be the beginning of who you’re becoming.

Come for the experience. Leave feeling seen, understood, connected — and a little more like yourself again.
